I offer a warm, relaxed, and soothing environment for the treatment of depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, stress management, life coaching, bipolar disorder, and relationship loss. Whether you're facing personal struggles or supporting a loved one, I’m here to help you work through them in a supportive space.
In addition to our sessions, I provide ongoing support through handouts, email communication, and helpful resources to ensure that you continue to feel supported between visits.
My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I also work with teens on behavioral issues and self-harm. I’m now offering EMDR Therapy to help address trauma and emotional distress.
