Rachel Gracia, MA, LPC
My passion for mental health began at Texas A&M University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and developed a deep interest in understanding the human mind. Driven by a strong desire to help others, I pursued a career in counseling and earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I am also certified in Critical Incident Stress Management.
My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), based on the understanding that our thoughts influence our emotions and behaviors. By identifying and reshaping core beliefs, clients can experience meaningful healing and lasting change.
I am also EMDRIA-certified in EMDR Therapy, allowing me to help clients process trauma and emotional distress through a powerful, evidence-based approach.
