EMDR Therapy

Bipolar Wellness Group Therapy for Women
Join our supportive weekly group for adult women living with bipolar disorder. Designed to foster connection, boost confidence, and equip you with practical coping tools, this 12-week program meets on Tuesdays from 7–8:30 PM, alternating between in-person and online sessions.
